Lola Princess with the call-up number NYSC/2023/IFE/0000 and with state code LAG/AAAAA is hereby applying for an exit from the Orientation camp because of my health condition.
I have an illness that requires me to go for a check-up as I have started feeling some symptoms that are not friendly. I will attach a medical report to this letter from my doctor as a piece of evidence.
My wish is to stay in camp but due to my health condition, I’m not physically and mentally fit for it.
I will be glad if the management grants my application so that I can go and take care of my health condition.
