There is really no special deal about this question but for the sake of those that have been asking, I will go ahead and clarify some things.
The first area of mobilization where you will have to pay money is during the internal mobilization. Although this does not apply to all institutions as some schools mobilize qualified graduates free of charge. See also: 12 Facts Every Corper Should Know About June 12
The Internal mobilization is about an NYSC form you will be given at your DSA to fill for your school to mobilize you and most institutions do this for free.
Another expense is the Cybercafe registration fee. The NYSC registration is free of charge but you will have to pay the Cafe man for his service. The amount that the Cybercafe will charge you for registration depends on the Cyber Cafe owner.
The Only official expenses you will pay during NYSC registration is N3,000 and it’s for the NYSC Call-up letter [you will know more about the call-up letter later].
