The answer to this question is not a direct NO or a Direct Yes. The Asuu strike will not affect the NYSC Batch B 2022 Mobilization in relation to some schools and it will affect some graduates of some instructions in a way or the other.
The major reason why the Asuu strike might affect some institutions is in regards to the certificate / Statement of Result.
THE certificate/Statement of Result is one of the mandatory documents required in the Orientation camp. If you don’t have it, you will not be allowed to the Orientation camp.
If your lecturers are yet to prepare your results, and now that they are on strike, this strike might affect you. Also, Nasu are on strike in some institutions and since they are in charge of all these certificate stuffs, you might not be able to follow this batch.
In 2020, I think Batch A or B. All graduates from LAUTECH were unable go for NYSC because their certificate was not ready. So, this certificate thing might delay some graduates who don’t have it before camp.
However, If your question is about if Asuu strike will affect the NYSC mobilization in general, the answer is No. Nysc program will continue. Some school will send list and some might not especially if results and other academic stuffs is yet to be sorted out.
