The graduation list and senate list are two different lists. The graduation list on one side is a list of all graduates of a particular institution. If you graduated from any institution in Nigeria, you name will be on the graduation list automatically.
In other words, the graduation list is an evidence that you are a bona-fide graduate of an institution.
The senate list on the other side is a list of graduates who are qualified for the national youth service corps program. This senate list is what matters to NYSC. If your school mobilize you for NYSC, you will see your name on the Senate list.
It is possible your name is on the graduation list and not on the senate list because the graduation list show you are a graduate while the senate list shows you have been mobilized for NYSC.
