Will There Be Fresh Senate List Upload For NYSC Batch C 2023?
This is a question that a lot of prospective Corp members have been asking after a circular was released by Ladoke Akintola University to their graduates in respective to the Upload of fresh senate list.
Let me show you the circular below.
“This is to inform all the Prospective Corp Members (PCMs) who are due for mobilization in November 2024 to kindly note that the information on the NYSC Portal for online Registration for 2024 Batch ‘C’ is mainly for the left-over of the Batch ‘B’ stream II who could not complete their Registration exercise as at the time of Registration; to complete same, as from Thursday, November 14, 2024.
Please note that the NYSC Headquarters have not directed to Upload the current Batch of PCMs who are due for Mobilization in November 2024.
I therefore wish to urge all our PCMs to be calmed as the Directorate is up to the task.”
What this is implying is that there won’t be new senate list for fresh registration for this batch C.
Although, the NYSC Management is yet to say anything about this, however there are some reasons why this might be valid.
1. Let’s do a little recap. During the last batch, a lot of prospective Corp members were unable to complete their online registration.
2. A lot of corp members got their call up letter late and they were not allowed to enter the orientation camp. Some even travelled far away. They had to travel back to their homes.
3. A lot of corp members who revalidated for batch B stream II did not get their call-up letter at all.
4. The online registration will start on the 14th of November 2024 and there has not been any new senate list from any institution across the nation.
Base on these inferences, that circular might be 100% valid. However, we are still yet to hear anything from the management.
Earlier today the NYSC Management released the official date for the online registration.

Online Registration Update!
Will NYSC Portal Open for Registration Tomorrow, Thursday 31st?Â
The NYSC 2024 Batch C Stream II prospective corps members have been eagerly awaiting the opening of the portal for registration. However, as of now, the portal remains closed, and NYSC management has not released any updates or announcements.
There is, however, viral news circulating that the registration portal will open tomorrow, Thursday, 31st. Here are some reasons why this might not be the case:
1. No Official Announcement from NYSC Management
Until now, there has been no confirmation or official statement from NYSC management regarding the registration date. This is crucial, as all registration information typically comes directly from NYSC.
2. Institutions Have Yet to Upload Senate Lists
Many institutions have not yet uploaded their Senate lists on the NYSC portal. Without these lists, eligible graduates cannot proceed with registration.
3. No Updates from Institutions on Senate List Uploads
In addition, there have been no updates from institutions themselves regarding the readiness or submission of their Senate lists. This further suggests that registration may not open tomorrow.
We urge everyone to stay calm and wait for an official announcement from NYSC. Until the management confirms a date, we cannot say with certainty that the portal will open tomorrow.

OFFICIAL 2024 Batch C Pre-mobilization Workshop Announced
Breaking news as the official NYSC 2024 Batch C premobilization workshop is set to kick-start on the 5th to 7th of November 2024.
The NYSC pre-mobilization workshop is an event organized by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Nigeria, aimed at preparing for the upcoming mobilization exercise of graduates into the NYSC program.
The workshop typically involves key stakeholders like officials from tertiary institutions, the NYSC, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), and other relevant agencies.
During the workshop, participants discuss and review the mobilization process, address any challenges from previous exercises, and find ways to improve the efficiency and transparency of the process.
This includes finalizing mobilization timetables, verifying graduate credentials, and ensuring accurate data submission by institutions.
The workshop helps to minimize errors, streamline operations, and ensure a smooth transition for new corps members into the NYSC program.

The premobilization workshop is between the NYSC staffs and stakeholders. Prospective Corp members does not have to do anything for now except personal preparations.
As at now, there is no official update on the date for the online registration.

Updates On The NYSC 2024 Year Calendar
The NYSC year planner is an official calendar that shows every activity of the NYSC programme in a particular year. Although the dates are tentative as the management can make changes anytime. However, you all still need to have the update.
According to the calendar, the official date for the NYSC 2024 Batch C Stream I orientation camp is 23rd October 2024 and for Stream II, the date is 24th November 2024 respectively.
You should also be aware that all dates are tentative for now and the final say is in the authority of the NYSC management. The NYSC management reserves the right to make changes if there is a need for it.
However, for now, our dates for Batch C stream I and II orientation camp are the 23rd Oct and 24th of November respectively.
As time goes on, we will have the date for the senate list upload, the online registration and the call-up letter. Just stay in the group and turn on the WhatsApp group notification. We have got you.

NYSC Batch B 2024 Updates
The NYSC management will announce the date for the mobilization and every other aspect of the National Youth Service Corps. Once there is an announcement, you will be the first to get it here and on our WhatsApp group.
All you have to do now is stay connected and stay calm. The Mobilization will begin with the release of the NYSC Timetable. From the timetable, we will have the date for every other aspect from the senate list to the NYSC orientation camp date.

Please, can someone still register for NYSC if the date of birth on NIN is different from Jamb
Yes. The Name is the major priority but if you can correct that date of birth, make sure you correct it. They allowed it during last batch doesn’t mean they will, this batch.
