The National Youth Service Corps program has a new policy that has been in full force, beginning with NYSC 2022 Batch C. It is known as NYSC Accredited Registration Centers In Nigeria (CBOs) or NYSC Cybercafe Business Operators (CRCs). The short form is NYSCCBO.
Things to Know About NYSCCBO
In years past, a potential Corps Member could walk into any cyber cafe and register for NYSC. You don’t need to go to any cyber café except for the biometric thumbprint. You may complete the entire registration process on your smartphone or computer.
In fact, you can register yourself or even all of your friends if you have the official Digital Personae fingerprint skit. However, we won’t have access to such advantages any more because of the new NYSC Accredited Registration Centers policy.
Important Official Public Notice
Let me quickly mention some information you should know regarding this recent development before I show you the full list of approved Centers.
- Graduates with training abroad are exempt from this policy. If you graduated from an institution abroad, you can register anywhere. In another world, Foreign-trained graduates are excluded from the NYSCCBO policy.
- The official registration fee is N2,000 for all accredited centres. No Center will charge for NYSC registration more than N2,000.
- You must register for NYSC at one of the authorized locations. Except for the CBOs, no Cybercafes allow it, and you cannot use your laptop for the NYSC registration.
- There are accredited cybercafés in every state of Nigeria. Simply browse for the one closest to you and register there.
- This program is open to any owner of a cyber café, and you can enrol online. You don’t need to travel far or to Abuja to register your centre.

You can register for the NYSC at any of the internet cafes on this comprehensive list of NYSC Accredited Centers in Nigeria, and starting with NYSC 2022 Batch C, you will only be able to do it there for a fee of N2,000.
