The Meaning of CLO In NYSC is Corper’s Lias Officer. They are some set of people in NYSC that serve as an intermediary between the NYSC management and Corps Members. Also, they can be an intermediary between a specific Place of primary assignment and the corps members serving at that PPA.

They are ordinary Corps Members just like you but in a position to be a middleman between an organization and the corps members.
