What is Medical report and medical fitness?

The NYSC Medical report is a special report which can be useful for relocation, camp Exit, and camp activities exemption. The main reason for the medical report is usually relocation.

The medical report is optional and only for people who want to relocate in camp or have other medical reasons to be exempted from camp activities.

The NYSC Medical Fitness on the other side is the mandatory certificate that everybody must present in camp. This is one of the mandatory documents you must present in camp before you can be allowed in.
