The only difference between stream I and stream II is just that stream I have to go to the Orientation camp first, while stream II will go after Stream I is done camping.
Streams Is an idea by the NYSC management to control and minimize the number of Corps Members that will go to the Orientation camp in a Batch.
The resources and man power to manage a big crowd as Batch A for an example will be to much for the federal government that is why they have to split every batches to steams.
The Orientation camps across the country will be over crowded and other resources at camps will not be enough for a whole full Batch to go at once. To cut down the stress and over crowding, the stream I will attend orientation camp first, then the stream II will shortly.
Splitting of streams is random. So you cannot know the stream you belong to until you see your call-up letter.
