Please I can’t create my account for the mobilisation. Anytime I tried a massage will appear on the screen telling me that the hardcopy has not been submitted. Because of this I had to go back to the school to report the issue, what they told me is that the hard copy is being submitted to Nysc. So what could be the problem and why is it that the message is still appearing up till now?
