A chat with the former Mr. Macho of Jigawa state NYSC orientation camp Gilbert Adefisan revealed the secret behind his self-motivation to work out. He will join us on this Column as a co-coach with Zahra Yaqub for the fitness here.

“To motivate myself to work out, I make playlists I know I will want to run to. My go-to running songs are mostly DJs like Swedish House Mafia, DJ Baddo, Alesso, and Audien, but I never forget the fitness classics, like ‘Run The World (Girls)’ by Beyoncé and ‘Sexy Back’ by Justin Timberlake. No pain no gain, that’s it nigga.”
