- It’s a Formal letter
- Avoid grammatical blunders and also avoid errors or spelling mistakes.
- No long story. Keep it short and straightforward.
- Make sure you use the letter-headed paper of the organization or company.
- It’s better you write it by yourself.
- Use two Addresses. Your company’s address and also the address of the NYSC secretariat in the state.
- Address the letter to the NYSC DG through the NYSC secretariat.
- If you want to submit in camp, it’s better if the company or organisation take it to camp by themselves. Their presence can increase the chances of approval.
