NYSC Batch C 2023 Mobilization Timetable
There is one important thing to note about the NYSC Batch C 2023 Mobilization Timetable. In the time past, the NYSC management always released a full timetable that would guide each mobilization from start to finish. However, since 2019, the management has not been releasing the full official timetable.
The management always makes an announcement once they have a date for a specific activity like senate list uploads, registration date and orientation camp date.
So you might not see the full NYSC Batch C 2023 Mobilization Timetable yet. However, I will keep updating each segment as soon as we have an official date for a specific activity.

Official NYSC Batch C 2023 Mobilization Timetable

NYSC Mobilization Timetable Explanation
In this section, I will give an explanation and details of the full timetable above so that you can better understand each segment. The schedule and all the activities with the explanation are right below.
1. Post Mobilization Workshop.
This post Mobilization workshop is always for the immediate Batch. You don’t really have to worry about this because it’s meant for the previous batch.
2. Pre-Mobilization Workshop.
This is when the NYSC management will sensitise their staff and prepare them for the coming NYSC mobilization. This program is by the management and for the management so PCMs have no business with it.
It always starts a few days before the mobilization of the current batch and it always lasts for a few days. It’s just for the preparation and arrangement of the coming batch to make it seamless.
3. Briefing/Sensitization of Final year students/prospective corps Members.
The NYSC management always organizes some lectures to educate graduates about NYSC and give them more details about how the NYSC thing works.
This pre-mobilization for graduates has been inactive for a long time. Let’s just ignore this one too. We are handling sensitization for NYSC at the moment by encouraging them to join groups for updates.
4. Uploading of Senate/Academic Board Approved Results for Full/Part-Time Graduates and Revalidation Lists by CPIs
The Corps Producing Institutions (CPI) will begin uploading of Senate list. This is when institutions will upload the senate list to the NYSC Portal to enable them to qualify for online registration. If your name is not on this list, you will not be able to do NYSC registration.
There is no senate list for Foreign-trained graduates. They just have to get all their documents and proceed to the cyber cafe for registration.
5. Submission of Senate/Academic Board Approved Results for Full/Part-Time Graduates and Revalidation Lists by CPIs
After uploading the approved Senate list for prospective Corps members by CPI, they will have to take a hard copy to the NYSC office in Abuja for submission. It is after the hard copy submission that you will be able to verify your name on the NYSC portal.
If you go to the NYSC portal to verify your name, you are seeing NO Record Found. This is because the CPI have to upload and submit the list.
6. Online Registration by Foreign and locally Trained Nigerian Graduates
This is when the online registration will open for fresh registration of prospective Corps Members. Everyone whose name is on the NYSC portal for the senate list will be able to do the online registration.
Foreign-trained too will have the ability to do their online registration also.
7. Entertainment of complaints from Prospective Corps Members by the state Deployment and Relocation officers and NYSC Help Lines/Desks officers.
The state deployment and relocation officers will be available for complaints from prospective Corps Members.
8. Action by ICT Department
The ICT department will start the action by arranging, deploying and posting Corps members based on the directory from above. This is when ICT will give some people Lagos and some Jigawa.
9. Notification and Printing of Call-up Letters by PCMs
The Call-up letter will be out and that is the moment every prospective Corps member will discover where they will spend the next 12 months serving their fatherland.
Some will be happy, some will be strong, some will redeploy and some might not like what they are seeing.
10. Online Printing of Deployment Disposition by Corps Producing Institutions/Delivery of manual Call-up letters to Institutions
Corps Members will start printing their Call-up letter right on their dashboard.
The NYSC management will also deliver the call-up letter to all Corps-producing institutions. In case you did not pay N3,000 for the printing of the Call-up letter online, you can go to your school to collect it.
11. Commencement of Orientation Course
The orientation camp is that final moment when you get to go and experience the awesome and captivating once-in-a-lifetime NYSC camp experience. The date is not always on the timetable due to the probability of unforeseen circumstances. The management always announces it specially.
